Registrants are advised to read the registration information carefully before submission.

Scientific Symposia (31 October – 1 November 2026)

^* Verification letter from Department of Anaesthesiology in your hospital is required to qualify for the Trainee fee.
^# Hong Kong Medical Student / Intern Registrants of ASM 2026 are entitled to Scientific Symposia and Healthcare Industry Exhibition. Nursing Symposium is not included. Please submit registration form together with a copy of valid Student ID / Intern ID.
¹ ASM 2026 Registrants (except Nursing Symposium Registrants only) are entitled to Scientific Symposia, Healthcare Industry Exhibition, tea breaks and lunches. Limited number of lunches will be available at Lunch Symposium on first-come-first-served basis. Nursing Symposium is not included.
² Day Registrants are entitled to the functions on the day they registered. Nursing Symposium is not included.
³ Registration proof for the World Congress of Intravenous Anaesthesia (WCIVA) held on 30 October - 1 November 2026 in Macau is required. WCIVA Non-Hong Kong Registrants can only access the WCIVA Sessions held in the afternoon of 1 November 2026 in Hong Kong. Lunch Symposium is not included.

Nursing Symposium (31 October 2026, 09:00 - 10:30)

Optional Workshops

(Subject to limited quota)

Only ASM 2026 Registrants are eligible to register for the workshops. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Workshops may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment.

Conference / Congregation Dinner

(One complimentary ticket to each ASM 2026 registrant except Students, Interns, WCIVA registrants, Day registrants and Nursing symposium registrants. As seats are limited, it is arranged on first-come-first-served basis.)

Payment

Payment must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) by the following methods:

1. Cheque: payable to “The Hong Kong College of Anaesthesiologists”
   (Please mail it to the ASM 2026 Meeting Secretariat. Address is:
   International Conference Consultants Ltd.: Unit C-D, 17/F, Max Share Centre, 373 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong.)
2. Credit Card: Visa / Master Card / Alipay

Registration confirmation will be emailed to the registered delegates after receipt of the full payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Meeting. If cancellation is received on or before 30 September 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Thereafter, there is no refund of registration fee.

Rules and Regulations

1. Each registrant should complete a separate ONLINE Registration Form.
2. Registration Form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
3. The Meeting Secretariat will send a Registration Confirmation by email upon receipt of your Registration Form and full payment. Kindly check the confirmation. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.
4. Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

On or before 30 September 2026	50% of the registration fee
After 30 September 2026	No refund

5. The programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of the Meeting, the only liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid. Workshops maybe cancelled due to insufficient enrolment. Refund will be made after the meeting.
6. All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.
7. The information on Registration Form is to assist us in preparing your participation in the Meeting. All the information you provide will be restricted to the Organizers of ASM 2026 and other related working parties.
