Hybrid Meeting
The Annual Scientific Meeting in Anaesthesiology 2022 (ASM 2022) will be held on 19 - 20 November 2022 via a hybrid format.  While a Virtual Conference will be broadcasted through the live-streaming platform, limited number of seats will be reserved for physical attendance at the meeting venue.  Please advise your preferred way of participation for the Meeting during registration process.   Kindly note the physical participation is arranged on first-come-first-served basis. Seat availability and final arrangement will be announced in mid-November by email.  Lunch will not be provided during the 2-day meeting. 

All the optional workshops will only be held at the meeting venue physically. 

In view of the changing development of the COVID-19 epidemic situation, all physical participants are required to scan the LeaveHomeSafe (LHS) mobile app upon arrival at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and to ensure the vaccination status complies with the Vaccine Pass arrangement of HKSAR Government.  Please refer to this website for the latest preventive measures at HKCEC: https://www.hkcec.com/en/announcement#announcement-998993

In the unexpected event that the Meeting is physically cancelled or all seats at the meeting venue are fully occupied, delegate who selected physical participation might be switched to virtual participation automatically.

Virtual Meeting Login Instruction
Registrants who would like to join the Meeting virtually will receive a personalized login instruction by email closer to the Meeting to access the Virtual Meeting Platform for the Main Meeting and Nursing Symposium.

Workshop Arrangement
Workshop registrants will come to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to attend the respective workshops in person.

Exhibition
Exhibition of the Annual Scientific Meeting in Anaesthesiology 2022 (ASM 2022) will be held on 19 - 20 November 2022 physically at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and virtually via the Virtual Platform.

Official Language
Official language of the Meeting is English.

Certificate of Attendance
An Evaluation Survey will be sent to the attendees to collect their valuable feedbacks within 5 days after the Meeting. E-Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to those who filled out the Evaluation after the Meeting.
