Abstract Format:
a) Font Face must be Times New Roman.
b) Font Size of the Main Text must be 12-point. Single line spacing.
c) Word Limit is 250 words including Abstract Title and Main Text. All the texts should be typed in the Abstract Text Box.
d) You are recommended to organize the body of the abstract as follows:
• Study Objective
• Methodology
• Results
• Conclusion
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract and edit the language.
Important Notes:
a) Deadline for abstract submission: 15 September 2013
b) Notification of acceptance will be sent to presenters by email by end of September 2013.
c) If you submit the abstract for HKCA Trainee Project Presentation, advance acceptance of your project by Review Panel from HKCA is required.
d) All presenters must register as a paid delegate before 10 October 2013. Your presentation will NOT be included in the Final Programme book if you fail to do so.
