Dr Richard Morris

Dr Morris is currently Director of Anaesthesia at St George Hospital, an urban tertiary referral center in Sydney. In addition to anaesthesia, cardiopulmonary bypass and hospital management he has a number of other roles. These include being a consultant of the Ambulance Service of New South Wales Medical Retrieval Unit and the State Health Counter Disaster Unit. Educationally, he is focused on improving practical skills training and using simulation to improve safety and performance of individuals and teams in health care.
