Professor Peter Kam

Professor Kam is currently the Nuffield Professor of Anaesthetics and Head of Department of Anaesthetics, University of Sydney, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Australia. His is known to many anaesthesiologists in Hong Kong as he has been teaching the preparatory courses for both the Primary and Final Examinations run by the Hong Hong College of Anaesthesiologists for many years. Prof Kam is the author of “Principles of Physiology for Anaesthetists”, a must read for those preparing for the Physiology paper in the Primary examinations of both HKCA and ANZCA. He has contributed various chapters in textbooks as well as about 120 articles in peer-reviewed journals.
