Registration Procedures
Individual participants must register using the Official Registration Form. Photocopies of the original form are acceptable. Registration can either be made online or by downloading the registration form.

Registration will only be processed when appropriate registration fee is received by the Meeting Secretariat. There will be limited places for the Pre-conference Workshops, Problem-based Leaning Sessions and Nursing Symposium; please register early as places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Payment can be made:
(1) by Credit cards (Visa or Master cards) via online registration; or
(2) by Local Cheques or Bank Drafts in HK Dollars, payable to "The Hong Kong College of Anaesthesiologists”.

Registration Entitlements

Each confirmed registrant will receive a registration confirmation before the meeting. A copy of the Program book and the Certificate of Attendance will be given on-site at the conference.

Cancellation and Refund

Written notice of cancellation must be received on or before 31 October 2010 by e-mail or fax to the Meeting Secretariat. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded within two months after the meeting.

There will be no refund for notice of cancellation received after 31 October 2010. Substitution of participant is allowed, subject to approval by the Organizers. Please send substitute's details in writing to the secretariat on or before 10 November 2010. No substitution will be accepted after 10 November 2010.
